SERGIOS MANARAKIS
I am a Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association. Together with my partner Konstantinos Chatzoulas we established in 2011 our office LexFerenda (www.lexferenda.gr).
I am also a CIArb Accredited Mediator since 2010, one of the first Mediators of the Greek Law 3898/10 (currently Law 4640/19) accredited by the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights and Vice-President of the BoD of the Hellenic Union of Mediators (www.eledi.gr).
I specialize in Sport Mediation as I firmly believe that mediation is the ideal method for resolving sport related disputes. And thus, not only because mediation is fast and efficient, but mostly because it has the ability to turn competitors to companions, in accordance with the principles of good sportsmanship, and lead all parties to victory.
For, as Aristotle stated “in good sportsmanship lies the victory”.
