We will contact you, as soon as we receive the relevant request.
If agreed between the Parties and Mr. Sergios Manarakis the appointment of the latter as Mediator a Mediation Agreement will be signed and the mediation process will start.

The Mediator’s fee, which will be agreed between the Mediator and the Parties, shall be paid after the signing of the Mediation Agreement and before the beginning of the mediation process and is not subject to the outcome of the mediation.
The investigation of the possibility of settling the dispute by mediation, when the parties have not already decided to settle the dispute by mediation, is free of charge.
